Goal Realization Techniques
I was a born in a household of modest means. Luckily I found my mentor in my father who is a good planner and has a tremendous capacity to work for his goals. I achieved many goals using my fathers philosophy, but it required a lot of hard work., however I was after something simpler and easier. I tried many existing techniques and philosophies. I also tried mixing and matching. After several unsuccessful attempts, I have been able to create a recipe that has repeatedly worked for me and it can be easily shared. So now, I would like to share it with you.
Recipe for Goal-Realization has only 5 steps
1. Write your Goals-list as completely and as precisely as possible
2. Set a date - When YOU will be able to realize everything in your Goals list.
3. Visit your Goals list once a day. Read your goals and live them (visualize as if you have already realized them, this nourishes and energizes them).
4. Commit to your Goals! Demonstrate your belief that you WILL realize your dream (come what may)
· Let your friends know about your goals (even if they laugh!)
5. Help others realize their Goals
What am I doing to manifest my Goals
1. I have a written set of Goals. It is detailed and very precise about the desired outcome.
2. My date of realization of all my goals (on the current list) is Jan 3, 2015.
3. I meditate on my goals everyday. I read my script and visualize myself living the life of my dreams (everyday I spend some time in my Dream house described in my Goal-list).
4. I am committed to my goals and I have shared the list with my friends.
5. I am helping others in compiling their Goal-list and achieving it.
Most people may NOT have seen a well balanced written goal-list. One of my goals was to provide a SAMPLE Goal-list that others can readily use. Those who have different goals - it is easier to clone a list than create one from scratch.
The Goals of the SAMPLE Goal-list are written in the PRESENT tense. After few days of daily reading of this text, the mind will actually start believing in the made-up reality. If the mind can believe it, then it can also achieve it.
If you can see it in your mind today, you can have it in your life tomorrow.

Self-Appraisal Day
It is a beautiful Saturday morning! I woke up a little earlier than usual. Last night, I woke up a few times and looked at the bright red digits of the clock on my night table. The wind outside was calm and the night was peaceful. I was comfortable but the night seemed to be very long! You can imagine my excitement; it was the night before the report card!
It was in May 2009 that I had set out to achieve some goals. The GOAL completion date was set for Jan 3, 2015! So, today is the inventory verification day of ALL my tangible and intangible achievements.
I just went through a quick assessment of all the major aspects of my life. I am presenting my observations under various headings, which are labeled as chapters.
Chapter -1
Me, Myself and I
I am a happy person in good health who is experiencing a good life. I am a kind hearted living being who has a positive self-image. Every morning when I wake up - I have things to do and places to go! I set goals for myself and achieve them. I make sure my today is better than my yesterday.
1.1 My Appearance - I have an innocent face, good smile, energetic body and attractive features. I have a nice attitude with youthful energy. I move with strength and speed.
1.2 My Health I am in good health. I can easily do the following everyday in an hour run 3 miles and then do 20 chin-ups, 50 pushups and 100 sit-ups.
1.3 My Mental Self - I am mentally alert and very intelligent. I have a nice attitude. I have respect and kindness for other living beings. My sense of humor helps me brighten up all my moments. My optimism makes me see joy and success. I enjoy working towards my goals. I have the patience to work long hours and I am able to wait hopefully for the desired results to happen
1.4 My Spiritual Self I am a kind soul and I have respect for all living beings. I believe the Universe had a reason and purpose to create everything that exists regardless of its beauty, intelligence and usefulness. Every being from tiny insects to ferocious beasts, have a role to play in this circle of Life. Everyone is needed and appreciated by this Universe.
Chapter 2
My Relationships
My relationships are stable and long lasting. I am a loyal, loving, caring and dependable person. I have a good relationship with myself and that has a spill over effect into my relationship with others. I believe people can be trained to Love it is a learnt behavior! We give in life what we get from life. I give others respect so they can give it further.
People around me are very loving and caring. The following group of people is on a personal crusade to constantly improve the quality of my life. They bring me joy and happiness. They add to the harmony and balance around me.
Persons who helped me in carving my definition of Love
2.1 Parents The First Couple of my life! They taught me selfless love - how to care and serve with devotion. They patiently stood by me until I learnt to walk and talk. I learnt from them. Around them everything looks safe and simple. Their life revolves around me in many roles - being a teacher, and a well wisher. They inspired me and motivated me. They planted the seeds of my social skills. They set the standard of my goals and dreams. They enjoy . me. They gladly sacrificed their today for my tomorrow. My parents children. Their love my desire to do even better in life.
2.2 My Siblings My siblings were my only friends until I started going to school. We shared, we played and had our moments of anger and joy. My siblings strengthened my belief that within the family we can have dozens of differences of opinion over trivial things but need. My sisters have always pampered me like their own son. I love my sisters and all the members of their family.
2.3 God Unconditional Divine Love and Patience I can be lost for many life times, but He waits for my home coming! He Guides me if I need it. He accepts me, whenever I decide to return.
2.4 My Dog Unconditional love can also be learnt from the animals! When I walk in the door I am his only priority in life! Nothing else matters!! I learnt from him that when the loved one comes to the door (mostly even before he rings that door bell) drop everything and come to the door and be at your happiest, enthusiastic, charming and lovable best.
Who do I Love (besides those who taught me How to Love)
2.5 Spouse I met and married my wife many years ago. She has ... Around her the time stands still. We . We have a great relationship of love, trust and understanding. We .. presence. We .. and we enjoy many outdoor activities. We give each themselves, with our children and friends. We diligently work together to help each other become better and raise our kids in a way so that they become useful members of the society. I remember and celebrate are meaningful to her. She cares for me and I am delighted and wanted. We get along with our parents, siblings and in-laws. Her presence in my and reason to do better. I am so happy that I am driven .everybody.
